The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not feasible.
Once the return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping & Delivery
