Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

At Comercio.in, we strive to deliver quality products. However, due to the nature of customized corporate gifts, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. Returns:
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
 
2. Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not feasible.
  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
 
3. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery timelines vary based on order size and location.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
  • Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report damages immediately.
